Hotel Rooms (www.expresshotelrooms.com). Rates To Go guarantees that every hotel
reservation made through www.expresshotelrooms.com has the lowest rate
publicly available on the Internet.
If you find a rate lower than the best available Rates To Go Internet rate on
another web site for the same hotel/accommodation, on the same dates and advise
us within 24 hours of booking your room(s) with us, we will honour that
rate for the night(s) for which the lower rate was found and refund you the difference.
We
guarantee that you get the lowest rates on Express Hotel Rooms.
To claim this guarantee, you must send an email
to our customer service support centre and include the following details:
- Your booking
ID. Make sure to quote you booked your reservations through Express Hotel Rooms.
- The
website where you found the cheaper rate(s)
- The
rate(s) provided by that website
Terms
and Conditions - The
lower rate must be for the same hotel, same room type, same package and inclusions,
on the same date(s), for the same number of guests and available for booking from
another website.
- Rates
To Go must be contacted about the lower rate within 24 hours of booking.
- You
must have a confirmed booking from Express Hotel Rooms.
- Guarantee
does not apply to special events such as New Years Eve and other major city-specific
events.
- Guarantee
does not include web sites or rates where the hotel brand and specific hotel are
not known until the booking is made.
- Guarantee
does not include web sites or rates that "package" travel, entertainment, hotel,
and/or food components, such as: air fare + hotel stay, hotel stay + car rental,
hotel stay + restaurant voucher, or similar packages.
- Guarantee
does not include rates that have been negotiated by the hotel with corporations
or travel agencies; only publicly available rates apply.
